This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial only.
To claim your warranty, original warranty card with date & dealer seal has to be presented. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase as indicated on the warranty card.
Returns & Exchange
3-day return window. Not happy with your watch? You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup.
Conditions: Watch must be in its original box with all tags, accessories, and warranty card intact. No signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
Refund timeline: Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange: Prefer a different model? We'll swap it for any in-stock watch of equal value. Difference (if any) is settled at the time of exchange.

Yes. The 2-year movement warranty is valid in any country where Rock Revival ships, including India and the UK.
Is the watch water-resistant?
Yes. Most Rock Revival watches are rated 5 ATM (50m water resistance), suitable for everyday wear and brief splashes. Check the Features tab for exact rating per model.
Can I get the strap adjusted?
Yes. Visit any authorised Rock Revival dealer for free strap sizing. We also offer a strap adjustment tool with select orders.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes. No-cost EMI options are available on most major credit cards at checkout, on orders above ₹15,000.
